This roundtable focuses on shifting governance from compliance-based to performance-based incentives within the ESG context. FSD Africa will present their governance framework and toolkit, followed by insights from experienced GPs on implementing effective governance practices. The session will include a plenary discussion with LPs on adopting a harmonised governance framework to reduce strain on GPs, concluding with access to practical resources and a Q&A session.
