Kindly note that visa letters can only be issued once a valid ticket has been purchased.

Contact conference@avca.africa if you require any advice.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. We recommend checking your eligibility and requirements directly via the official Kenya eVisa Portal before making travel arrangements.

All visa applications must be submitted online through the official Kenya eVisa Portal. Applications should be completed well in advance of your travel date.

Kenya primarily operates an eVisa system. Delegates are advised to secure their visa approval prior to travel, as visa on arrival options may be limited or unavailable.

Processing times vary depending on nationality and application volumes. Early application is strongly recommended to avoid delays.

AVCA can provide an official visa invitation letter for registered delegates. However, all visa applications must be completed directly by the applicant through the Kenya eVisa Portal

For additional support, please contact conference@avca.africa
