PEWIN and 2X Global look forward to hosting a closed-door roundtable discussion as a follow up to the meeting held during AVCA Nairobi 2019. As an industry we look forward to convening asset owners / LPs, Managing Partners and CEOs of leading African fund managers, alongside senior women investors, for a discussion on what progress has been made over the past 5 years within the investment management & private equity, infrastructure and venture capital industries from an African context.


The Monday session is closed-door and made possible with the generous support of 500 Global, British International Investment, and The Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund.

This is a closed-door session for GPs and LPs to connect, with targeted discussion focused on current trends impacting private capital in Africa. Delegates will discuss in a plenary and small group with the objective of co-developing solutions to foster closer relations with Africa focused on GPs and LPs.
(Open to all LPs and GPs of AVCA Member organisations. Due to limited places we will only be accepting one representative from each GP firm)
